SOL Casino has been running since 2018 and belongs to Galaktika N.V., the Curaçao company behind around 20 sister brands, including Martin, Fresh, Jet, Izzi, Legzo, Starda, Drip and Monro. It's built for slot players who want a big lobby, crypto in both directions and plenty of recurring bonus mechanics: a four-step welcome package, weekly slot cashback, live cashback, tournaments and a nine-level status ladder.
The trade-off is the usual one for this group. The licence is real and active but light on player protection, base cashout limits sit at €4,000 a day, and bonus winnings are capped at 10x. SOL's own complaint record is better than most of its sister sites, though: AskGamblers shows nearly every case resolved, and Casino Guru has no unresolved complaints against it. If you want a regulator behind you when a big win stalls, Videoslots (Malta and Swedish licences) is the safer pick. If you like the Galaktika format, compare it with sister site Martin Casino, a newer brand with a weaker complaint record.

3/5Info Card
Curaçao eGaming license
This casino operates under a Curaçao eGaming license. Although this type of license is not considered the most reputable within the industry due to its relatively lenient regulatory standards and limited player protection measures, it still provides a legal framework for online gambling operations. What this licence means for you: Curaçao eGaming license.
An active Curaçao licence you can check from the footer. Clean, but light on player protection.
SOL Casino is operated by Galaktika N.V. (Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, company no. 140803) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146, granted on 28 October 2024. I opened the certificate linked in the site footer on 18 October 2026. It names sol.casino and shows the status Active. Payments go through Unionstar Limited, a Cyprus subsidiary of the same group. This is the post-2024 Curaçao regime: stricter than the old master-licence system, but much lighter than Malta or a national regulator, and Curaçao rarely steps into individual player disputes.
Neither Casino Guru nor AskGamblers lists SOL on a blacklist. Casino Guru does group it with 19 related Galaktika casinos and says those sister sites pulled its Safety Index down to 7.7. One complaint is worth knowing about: a Chilean player said SOL kept his account open for months after he told chat he had a gambling problem. Casino Guru closed the case for lack of evidence, so it's unproven, but it's exactly the sort of case a stronger regulator would look into.
The responsible-gambling tools, from the site and AskGamblers' review:
- Deposit, wager and loss limits in your account
- Session time limits and a self-assessment test
- Cooling-off periods, during which you can still withdraw your balance
- Temporary or permanent self-exclusion through support
There's no link to a national scheme such as GamStop or Spelpaus. If gambling stops being fun, set a deposit limit before you play and get free, confidential help at BeGambleAware.org.
Payments
3.5/5Payouts promised within 24 hours, crypto limits up to $50,000 a day, and a complaint record that mostly ends with the player paid.
Deposits work with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay (in some countries), Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard, Flexepin, Klarna, Interac, Pix and bank transfer, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, TRON, XRP, Dogecoin, BNB and Bitcoin Cash. So yes, crypto is accepted, and you can withdraw to it too. Apple Pay is deposit-only. What you see in the cashier depends on your country.
The numbers, from SOL's terms as I read them in October 2026:
- Minimum deposit: €10 (€20 for the welcome bonus)
- Processing: within 24 hours, plus up to 48 hours of extra checks on withdrawals above €1,250
- Base fiat limits: €4,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €80,000 a month at the first three statuses; €10,000 a day from Agate; €15,000 a day at Ruby and Diamond
- Crypto limits: $50,000 a day, $250,000 a week and $1,000,000 a month for everyone, as long as you deposited in crypto
- Your limit is never lower than 3x what you deposited in the same period
- Fees: none once your deposit has been wagered 1x. Withdraw an unplayed deposit and SOL can keep 10%
ID checks can start once your deposits pass €2,000. Casino Guru lists 70 complaints: 24 resolved, 46 rejected and none unresolved. Most of the rejected ones were closed after the player stopped replying, usually someone who had waited less than two weeks for a payout. AskGamblers shows 15 complaints, nearly all resolved, including a $6,300 and a 121,612 TRY withdrawal that were paid after SOL responded, with an average reply time of two days. The repeat themes are withdrawals held during extra verification and deposits by Indian UPI or crypto that took days to credit. Get verified before your first cashout, and expect a big win to arrive in daily chunks.
Games
4.5/5A deep lobby: 7,000+ slots from 91 studios, plus live casino, instant games and a sportsbook.
Casino Guru counts 91 providers, and the big names are all there: Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Quickspin and Novomatic, whose Book of Ra Deluxe is the slot for our no-deposit spins. Sigma's review counts more than 7,000 slots and 300+ instant games.
What's in the lobby:
- Slots with filters for Bonus Buy, Megaways, Hold and Win and dozens of themes, plus SOL-branded exclusives such as Doors of Sol
- Live casino, mostly Evolution, with roulette, blackjack, poker, game shows and a VIP section
- Crash games, Plinko, keno and other instant games
- Jackpot slots, a sportsbook and virtual sports
Two things keep it off a 5. SOL doesn't publish theoretical RTP per game; the "RTP" figures on its homepage are 24-hour results, not payout settings. And the RNG table section is thin, with roulette and poker but little blackjack or baccarat outside the live lobby. Some studios are also switched off depending on your country.
On mobile, SOL offers apps for iOS and Android. If you'd rather not install anything, the mobile site runs the full lobby in any browser.
Bonuses
3.5/5A four-step welcome package at 40x with a 10x win cap, plus an exclusive 100 free spins with no deposit for BrilliantCasinos readers.
The welcome package runs across four deposits (minimum €20 each):
- 1st deposit: 100% up to €600 plus up to 500 free spins, scaled to the deposit (50 spins at €20, all 500 at €300)
- 2nd deposit: 75%
- 3rd deposit: 75%
- 4th deposit: 50%
- Wagering: 40x, on slots only; other games count 0%
- Max bet €5 while wagering (€3 for players from Finland), and bonus winnings are capped at 10x the bonus
The caps on deposits two to four vary by country, so open the bonus card in the cashier before you opt in. The 10x cap is what really limits this offer: on a €100 bonus, anything you win above €1,000 is removed.
Yes, there's a no-deposit bonus. Through BrilliantCasinos you get 100 free spins worth €0.10 each ($0.11), €10 in total, on Book of Ra Deluxe with the code BRILL100FS. Confirm your email and phone number first, enter the code in the Bonuses section, then press DEPOSIT at the top right (no payment needed) to reach the Balance section and activate the spins. Spin winnings carry 40x wagering with a €5 max bet. SOL's terms cap no-deposit cashouts at 10x the bonus (€100 / $100), and you need a verified account and a deposit, wagered once, before you can withdraw. Treat it as a free test drive, not a payday.
Ongoing promotions are where SOL does well: weekly slot cashback, 5% live cashback paid on Fridays with no wagering, a 50% weekly reload from €40, weekly free spins once the welcome package is done, sports bonuses and regular tournaments. The nine-step status ladder (Crystal to Diamond) adds status free spins with wagering that drops from 40x to 5x, birthday gifts and higher cashout limits.
Support
3.5/524/7 chat that answers quickly and offers an online call, but turns generic once a withdrawal is under review.
You can reach SOL through live chat around the clock, by email at support-en@sol.casino and through Telegram. The chat widget also lets you start an online call, which few Curaçao casinos offer. Casino Guru rates the live chat Good after 10 tests and lists English and Russian as chat languages, while the site itself runs in seven languages. AskGamblers was connected to an agent straight away in its own test, and SOL answers complaints there in about two days on average.
The weak spot is the same as at its sister sites. In the withdrawal complaints I read, players describe the same holding answers for days ("waiting for the payment system", "your account is under review"). One player was told mid-process that a payout could take up to 31 days, though it was paid after the complaint went in.
From Opal status, players can get a personal manager, which helps if you play in volume. Everyone else should keep chat transcripts and the confirmation email for every withdrawal request, so there's a paper trail if a payout drags on.
VIP & High-Roller
SOL runs a nine-level status ladder: Crystal, Quartz, Onyx, Agate, Topaz, Opal, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond. You earn SolCoins from real-money bets. Each new status pays free spins (15 at Quartz, up to 250 at Diamond) with wagering that falls from 40x to 5x, birthday gifts start at Agate, and the daily fiat cashout limit rises from €4,000 to €10,000 at Agate and €15,000 at Ruby. From Opal up, a personal manager and individual bonus offers are available at the casino's discretion. Weekly slot cashback applies at every level, and live cashback is added at Diamond.
The Verdict: Good
