Lex Casino is run by Galaktika N.V. (Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, company no. 140803) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. It's the same licence number SOL shows in its footer, and Lex's footer links to the certificate. Payments go through Unionstar Limited, a Cyprus subsidiary of the same group. That's the baseline for an international casino. The post-2024 Curaçao regime is stricter than the old master-licence setup, but the regulator rarely steps into a single player's dispute, and Lex has two of those sitting unresolved on Casino Guru and one on AskGamblers.

Casino Guru gives Lex a Safety Index of 5.2 and rates its complaints ratio Bad: 18 complaints, 2 resolved, 13 rejected, 2 unresolved, 1 open. Read the threads and the theme is the same: withdrawals marked "completed" that never arrived, or held for weeks. In one €8,247 case the casino replied, but slowly, and Casino Guru had to chase it outside the thread. A Polish player's €600 only came back after the complaint. AskGamblers has one complaint, unresolved: a $400 cashout left pending while the player says chat stopped answering him. Trustpilot sits at 2.3 out of 5 from 94 reviews.
