LevelUp Casino Review (2026)

A light-touch licence: Tobique Gaming Commission, held through a Costa Rican company.

LevelUp's footer and terms, read on 11 October 2026, say the casino is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica (3-102-893958), under e-gaming licence no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. AskGamblers gives the same operator and licence, and also lists an Anjouan Gaming licence (ALSI-202508056-FI2) that LevelUp's own pages do not mention.

Tobique is not a national regulator like the UKGC or Spelinspektionen. It sits in the same low-touch tier as Curaçao: a licence number, little visible enforcement. I found no sanctions or blacklist entries, which keeps this out of the weak-and-troubled band, but it is why I stop at 2.5. The terms add to that. The casino has "sole and final authority" on rule breaches and can close accounts without explanation, server logs settle game disputes, claims must be filed within a year, and disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica. The complaints page points players to AskGamblers' complaint service; the T&Cs name EGIS, a body that works under Tobique rules, as the ADR provider.

• Operator: Novatrix SRL, Costa Rica (also behind King Billy Casino, per its own terms)
• Blocked for real-money play: UK, US, Netherlands, Belgium, Malta, Poland, Greece, Ontario and New Brunswick, and more than 30 other countries
• Sweden: accepted, but no bonuses, VIP or loyalty rewards, and no Play'n GO or Pragmatic games
• Winnings can be voided for VPN use, duplicate accounts or bugs

Responsible gambling

The responsible-gaming page lists deposit, loss and wager limits (daily, weekly or monthly), cooling-off of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months, and self-exclusion for 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely, with the balance paid out manually through support. It does not list session limits or reality checks, and the T&Cs warn that self-imposed limits cannot always apply to crypto deposits. There is no GamStop or other national scheme because the UK is blocked. It links Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. For free, confidential help I point readers to BeGambleAware.

Quick crypto and e-wallet payouts and no casino fees, held back by modest caps, higher real minimums than advertised and a monthly dormancy charge.

LevelUp's own page puts crypto withdrawals under an hour after approval and Skrill or Neteller within 24 hours, with cards at one to three business days and bank transfer two to five. AskGamblers' table shows 0 to 1 hour for e-wallets and crypto (the reviewer saw about three hours), 1 to 5 days for cards and 5 to 7 for bank wire. Neither the casino nor AskGamblers reports fees on its side; intermediary banks can charge up to €16 on transfers.

• Minimum deposit: €20 on most methods; the casino's table shows $10 for crypto (AskGamblers says from €10)
• Minimum withdrawal: €10 in the T&Cs; AskGamblers found €20 for Neteller, MiFinity and Pay by Bank, €50 for Skrill and €100 for bank wire (max €1,000)
• Withdrawal caps: €3,000 per day, €7,500 per week, €15,000 per month; progressive jackpot wins excluded; VIP exceptions possible; €250,000 cap on real-money winnings
• Crypto: accepted (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin); Apple Pay: deposits only, up to €1,500 per AskGamblers
• Dormancy fee: €20 a month after 12 months without login or play

The complaint picture is small and mostly good. AskGamblers shows 12 complaints over five years; of the ten listed, eight are resolved and two rejected, and the page says those two stalled because the players stopped replying. Most are withdrawal delays or cancellations (one for €12,248, one for €3,000 pending while fully verified in March 2024, both marked resolved), the casino's average response is one day and the average case lasts five days. A 3.5: good speed and a clean-looking record, capped by low limits and the gap between advertised and actual minimums.

A very large slots-led lobby from the big studios plus Evolution live tables, with a browser-first mobile experience.

LevelUp advertises 7,000+ titles from 130+ providers and AskGamblers says 8,000+ games from 125+ providers. The homepage names Pragmatic Play, Push Gaming, BGaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution, Spribe, Booongo, Playson, Gamzix, Booming Games and Gamebeat, and AskGamblers adds Play'n GO. One player there says Canadian accounts do not see some studios, such as ELK and Nolimit City.

• Slots: the bulk of the lobby, with a jackpot section and a missions and tournaments hub
• Live casino: run on Evolution, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and shows such as Crazy Time and Monopoly Live
• Instant and crash-style games (Spribe is listed); these do not count toward bonus wagering
• Sportsbook: the responsible-gaming page mentions sportsbook limits

On mobile, the homepage says the platform runs in the browser with nothing to install, while the footer shows App Store and Google Play badges that link to a Mobile App page. AskGamblers describes a downloadable web app for iOS and Android. LevelUp shows no RTP transparency page and no exclusive titles, which is why this is a 4 and not higher.

A big five-deposit welcome package and a strong loyalty ladder, with ordinary 35x to 40x wagering, a short 14-day clock and no standing no-deposit bonus.

The welcome package runs up to €/$20,000 plus 500 free spins over five deposits. The first deposit has three tiers (only one can be taken): 150% up to €/$1,000 with 50 spins from €/$20, 175% up to €/$1,500 with 75 spins from €/$50, or 200% up to €/$3,000 with 100 spins from €/$100. Later deposits give 100% up to €/$5,000 twice, then 125% and 200% up to €/$3,500. AskGamblers reports 35x on the match and spin winnings, completed within 14 days, and a maximum win of 3x the bonus amount. The casino's bonus terms set a default of 40x and a €50 default max bet while wagering, and rule out table games, live games, jackpots and instant games. Bonus terms differ by country, so read the current offer in the cashier before you opt in.

• Ongoing: Weekly Spin Supply (20 to 100 spins by level, 35x at level 1, 30x above), Monthly Cash Fuel reload from level 7 (25x down to 15x)
• Cashback: weekly on Mondays from level 4, 3% rising to 15% at level 12; levels 4 to 9 have weekly caps (€50 at level 4, €300 at level 9) and a minimum net loss
• Daily Cash Drops: four drops of $150 a day, a $1 bet in the window qualifies, no wagering on the prize
• Loyalty: 12 levels with a VIP manager and higher cashout limits from level 8
• No-deposit bonus: none on the promotions page. The bonus terms describe no-deposit offers (40x or 70x, winnings capped at €50, one deposit wagered 3x to cash out), but there is no standing one

I score it a 3. The ladder and wager-free Cash Drops add real value, but the 14-day window and win cap pull the welcome offer back to fair, not generous.

24/7 live chat that opens with a bot, plus email; no phone.

AskGamblers confirms 24/7 live chat open to non-registered users. It starts with an AI bot where you pick a category, and the reviewer reached a human agent in under 30 seconds and listed the bot as a drawback. Email response times were described as inconsistent. There is no phone line. AskGamblers lists English only, and no other languages are listed on the site.

• Live chat: 24/7, bot first, then a human
• Email: available, address shown on the site
• Phone: none
• Disputes: casino points players to AskGamblers' complaint service

The thin complaint record suggests routine problems get fixed, but how the casino handles hard cases is less clear. That earns a 3: round-the-clock coverage, with the usual unknowns on difficult disputes.
