I read GG.bet's current terms, payment and bonus policies (all updated September 2026) on 11 October 2026. AskGamblers shows 78 of 79 complaints resolved. The licence is Tobique (no. 0000133) held by MJMotion Ltd, not a Curaçao licence. The catch is a 20% withdrawal fee if you wager less than twice your deposit, plus a €200 free-spin cap and no weekend payouts.

GG.bet is a large esports-led betting site with a full casino attached, best suited to players who also bet on esports and don't mind reading the terms. It runs on a Tobique licence held by a Saint Lucia company, takes crypto deposits, and AskGamblers shows 78 of 79 complaints resolved. The trade-offs are on the money side: a 20% fee if you wager less than twice your deposit, free-spin winnings capped at €200, identity checks from €2,000 in deposits and no weekend cashouts. The welcome offer and its terms also differ by region. Look elsewhere if you want a strict national licence, a single clear bonus or phone support.

Licensing

2.5/5

What this licence means for you: Tobique Gaming Commission.

A light-touch Tobique licence on the operator's say-so, held by a Saint Lucia company that is under a year old on paper, with no entry on the regulator's public list.

GG.bet's terms (last updated 18 September 2026, read 11 October 2026) say the site is owned and operated by MJMotion Ltd, registration number 2025-00817, a company registered in Saint Lucia, licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence no. 0000133. AskGamblers repeats that number in its general information. The Spike (21 September 2026) still names a Curaçao authority and River Entertainment B.V., and SportsBoom names ASG 360 Services Limited with a Tobique number of 0000122. Those pages disagree with the operator's own terms and with each other, so I treat them as out of date.

  • Operator and licence: MJMotion Ltd (Saint Lucia, 2025-00817); Tobique Gaming Commission, licence no. 0000133, per gg.bet's terms
  • Register: the licence list on thetgc.ca did not show MJMotion Ltd on 11 October 2026, and AskGamblers' details panel says "Anjouan Gaming Board" while its text says Tobique
  • Disputes: the terms point you to the company first, then an independent ADR provider after two months, then the Tobique Gaming Commission (which says it does not settle individual player disputes); governing law is Tobique
  • Blocked: UK, USA, Ontario, New Brunswick and 19 other jurisdictions named in the terms

Tobique is a newer, low-touch regime, so I rate it below the clean Curaçao baseline, not above it. For responsible gambling, the terms and policy offer deposit and loss limits (a limit increase waits 24 hours) and self-exclusion on request through support. If you need help, BeGambleAware is where I send readers.

I give it a 2.5: a licence stated on the casino's own terms and a ten-year-old brand, held back by the missing register entry, a new operating company and conflicting licence listings across review sites.

Payments

3/5

Fast e-wallet payouts and good limits, but a 20% fee if you wager less than twice your deposit, KYC from €2,000 in deposits and no weekend cashouts.

GG.bet's payment policy sets a €5 minimum deposit, a maximum daily payout of €50,000 and one times your deposit as the minimum turnover before any withdrawal. If your total bets are under twice your deposit, the company may deduct a 20% administrative fee (minimum $0.50). Identity checks apply once deposits reach €2,000 within 180 days, and the terms say verification usually takes up to 10 days after you send all documents. AskGamblers lists e-wallet payouts at 0 to 1 hour, bank transfers and cards at 2 to 7 days, a pending period of 0 to 72 hours, no weekend cashouts and a €9,000 limit per transaction.

  • Deposits: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Payz, Jeton, MiFinity, Interac, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether (AskGamblers lists 36 methods)
  • Withdrawals: 17 methods on AskGamblers, including Skrill, Neteller, Payz, Jeton, cards, bank wire and Interac; crypto is not on that list, although The Spike claims crypto payouts
  • Limits: €9,000 per transaction (AskGamblers), €50,000 per day (payment policy)
  • Fee: 20% if total bets are under 2x deposits

On disputes, AskGamblers shows 78 of 79 complaints resolved, an average resolution time of 11 days and a one-day average response, though its header counts 85 complaints in total. Recent examples are withdrawal delays that ended as resolved. A 3: broad methods and decent limits, held back by the fee clause, slow verification and no weekend payouts.

Games

4/5

A large slot library from major studios plus Evolution live tables, and one of the stronger esports books around.

The casino lobby I loaded on 11 October 2026 shows Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Endorphina, Playson, Evoplay, BGaming, Spinomenal, Betsoft and Novomatic titles, plus separate tabs for Jackpots, Megaways, Buy Feature, Table Games and Instant Games. AskGamblers lists 89 providers. A Live Casino tab with Evolution sits alongside it, and the site is built around esports and sports betting: the sportsbook menu covers Dota 2, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Valorant and Rainbow Six, plus football, tennis and basketball.

  • Slots: the bulk of the lobby, including Sweet Bonanza 2500, Big Bass Splash and an in-house GGBET Greatest Catch
  • Live casino: Evolution tables and game shows
  • Esports and sports betting on the same account
  • No RTP transparency page or native app is listed

I give it a 4: the right studios and a deep esports offering.

Bonuses

3/5

A big headline pack of up to €3,000 plus 900 free spins, but the official terms cap free-spin winnings at €200, bar live and table games, and the welcome wagering varies by region.

GG.bet's own welcome page is titled "up to 3000 EUR + 900 free spins". The Austrian casino page says it is spread over the first four deposits with a €7 minimum for the first, and The Spike (21 September 2026) shows a different regional offer, 150% up to $350 plus 100 spins at 40x on the bonus and 35x on the spins. The offer clearly changes by region, so check yours before depositing.

  • Default casino wagering window: 10 days (30 days for sports bonuses), per the bonus policy of 18 September 2026
  • Free spins: winnings capped at €200 per the payment policy
  • Live casino and table games cannot be used with casino bonuses; some providers contribute 50% and instant games 10%
  • One bonus active at a time; attempting to withdraw before wagering is finished forfeits the bonus and its winnings
  • Welcome wagering multiple, max bet and cashout cap: differ by region, so read the current offer in the cashier before you opt in
  • No-deposit offer: none currently listed

That is why it stays at a 3: a large pack and a fair default window, but welcome terms that vary by region and a free-spin cap that limits the upside.

Support

3/5

24/7 live chat and email, with a one-day average complaint response on AskGamblers.

AskGamblers lists live chat around the clock and an email address, and The Spike gives support@gg.bet. The Austrian casino page also lists phone support and German-language help, but AskGamblers does not mention a phone line, so don't count on phone support in most markets. The site is available in English, German, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Japanese, Chinese and Finnish.

  • Live chat: 24/7
  • Email: support@gg.bet
  • Phone: listed on one regional page only
  • Complaints: formal complaints by email within 7 working days of the problem; the company aims to answer within 30 working days

The 7-working-day filing window is short and worth knowing. AskGamblers' withdrawal-delay examples were resolved. A 3: round-the-clock coverage and a fast complaint response, with little detail on hard cases.
