It names the brand as a trade name of Universe B Games B.V., registered in Curaçao, and says the casino operates under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, number OGL/2024/1494/0942, effective 31 July 2025. The CGA certificate listing gives the same licence number, company number 155126 and the domains betfury.cl, betfury.com and betfury.io. AskGamblers names the operator as Universe B Games B.V. under the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, while some reviews write Universe B Games N.V.
