FAQ with Anna Barinova

What’s one unpopular opinion you have about the online casino industry?

Too many sites focus on flashy animations and aggressive CTAs without actually guiding the user - form should follow function, and most gambling platforms still don't get that right.

What’s the biggest red flag you spot immediately when visiting a casino site?

Overuse of stock icons and broken mobile formatting - if a brand can't invest in polish and responsive design, it's likely cutting corners elsewhere too.

What’s a lesson from gambling that applies to life in general?

Know your limits, pace yourself, and always read the fine print -whether it's in casino terms or life contracts, ignorance isn't bliss, it’s costly.

What’s the most bizarre request or comment you’ve received from a casino brand or affiliate manager?

Once, a rep asked if we could publish a bonus with 150x wagering requirement. Like, let's not waste players', mine, yours and everybody's time here!

You get 24 hours with a fake identity and an unlimited bankroll - how do you spend it?

I’d charter a private jet to Bora Bora, check into an overwater villa, leave my phone in the safe, and spend the day sunbathing with a cocktail and zero notifications
